Advancing Eating Disorder Research and Recovery
Welcome! I’m Dr Amy Harrison and my research lab at University College London investigates cognitive and social emotional aspects of eating disorders
Eating disorders such as anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder and other specified feeing or eating disorder are serious psychological illnesses. Our work aims to better understand the cognitive and social emotional factors that contribute to the development and perpetuation of eating disorder symptoms. We aim to translate these findings into novel interventions and prevention programmes.
